UNI CORE is a simpler and more economical version of a mobile sales stand, designed to reduce costs while maintaining full functionality. The design is based on a fixed, proven system with no room for modification, making it a “off-the-shelf” solution.

Folding the bike
The frame can be folded in half, which makes transporting the bike much easier. Thanks to this solution, we can easily transport the bike in a shorter car or put it in a small room.

Solid frame
The bike frame is designed to carry heavy loads while looking light. The whole thing can be easily unscrewed from the base if necessary, turning the bike into a rickshaw. It is prepared for the installation of an electric drive, standard derailleur’s and an optional rear brake.

Strong 19-inch wheels
The bike is equipped with strong, 19-inch motorcycle wheels. Thanks to this, they carry heavy loads. The front wheels are easily removable with one screw. The rear wheel is standard and equipped with built-in derailleur’s.

The most powerful brakes available on the market guarantee safety while riding, and the parking brake option makes it easier to park the catering bike at the place of intended work.

The bike is standard equipped with Shimano Nexus 3 derailleur’s, which are mounted in the hub. This makes it easier to move through various terrains.

Large run handle
The bike uses a bent handle. The handlebar can be easily adjusted to the desired height for comfortable driving, and we can lower it to install an additional worktop or support the bike for transport.

Housing
The casing is made of the highest quality stainless steel, which means that the bike, which is exposed to weather conditions, can easily cope with them and is not subject to corrosion. Additionally, the entire work surface is hygienic, easy to keep clean, and approved for contact with food products.

Capacity storage
The box with a size of 1400x800x650 mm is the largest available, standard product on the market. It has a capacity of over 720 liters. There is a partition inside, which, depending on your needs, can be installed in three different positions or completely dismantled. The box can accommodate a nano gas cylinder and 11 kg. The box has a number of mountings, so we can easily transform it into a rickshaw, trailer or installation accessory.

Additional side shelves replaceable with plex
The side shelves provide additional space for product presentation. They are equipped with holes in which we can mount dedicated accessories. The shelves can be easily unscrewed and replaced with Plexiglas’s, separating you from the customer.

Tabletop from the front
In the front part, the bike has an additional opening tabletop measuring 650×800 mm. The tabletop has holes on the sides for inserting accessories such as additional shelves or a waste bin.

Foldable tabletop at the reat
The bike has an additional tabletop, which is mounted between the front and rear boxes. Its dimensions are 960×800 mm. After finishing work, the table-top folds in half and fits into the front box.

Built-in sink
The bike has a sink where you can wash your hands and handy accessories. Connected to a water tank that can be easily refilled and a dirty water tank. The dirty water tank is emptied using an easily accessible valve.

Clean water tank with a capacity of 18 l. Both the clean and dirty water tanks can be easily removed from the cabinet for washing.

Trunk
To increase the storage space, instead of the rear trunk, we installed a box with dimensions (mm) 600x430x440 h, which has been prepared for the installation of a refrigerator or can serve as a warehouse. It is equipped with a number of holes for mounting accessories.

Roof
The entire roof is made of stainless steel. It has special holes for mounting accessories and dedicated lighting. The roof height can be easily adjusted using special hooks. If necessary, the entire roof can be dismantled by unscrewing a few screws.

Electric installation
The bikes are equipped with a reliable power system in versions with gel and lithium-ion batteries. The installation displays the charge level and is equipped with a charger.

Folding rickshaw wheel
The rickshaw is equipped with a braked, single wheel that can be folded under the box.

Drawbar for pulling a trailer
As an accessory, it is possible to install a drawbar, thanks to which the rickshaw turns into a trailer. The drawbar holder is mounted on 4 screws, and the drawbar itself is pulled out after reaching the work site. A foldable rickshaw wheel should be installed together with the drawbar, which can be folded while driving and unfolded at the workplace.
